| Customer Reviews: I absolutely do NOT recommend this product! March 3, 2010 Reader in Texas (Arlington, TX United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
First, I was hoping to be able to watch a live demo in a DVD player while I was treadmilling. I was dreaming. That's OK, though, because I figured I was dreaming. HOWEVER, it has a foot-long code and 4 DVDs. At work, which is where I need to use the product, I have to have a systems administrator to load the software. That's OK, too, I called in a ticket and got that done. NEXT, I barely got started and had to close the DVD because I had work that had to be accomplished. Several days later, I come back to the product only to find that I have to call in a ticket and get a systems admin EVERY TIME I want to train (which I was doing in my "spare" time). HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT? If I purchase a DVD, why can't I autorun the product without having to call IT each time? How frustrating is it that with my tons of interruptions, I can't watch the training that I need to see because you have to break into Fort Knox to get the stupid thing to play? No wonder it was cheap, is all I can say. VERY displeased about the entire thing. Had it been no problem, no ticket, trying to track down an IT person, etc. I could have at least logged 10-12 hours total training. As it is, I see that it has chapters set up and nothing more!!! Argh!
