QUESS, Inc. was established in May of 1989 with the goal of providing small business as well as large enterprises with quality software and hardware sales and support services. We pride ourselves in having grown our business almost 100% through referrals from satisfied customers. We also pride ourselves in still having most of the customers who started with us in 1989.

Our formula for success is simple, provide absolutely the best service in a timely fashion and be reasonably priced while doing so. We are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive but work hard to ensure you get the service you are paying for in a timely fashion.

Currently we have over 1,800 clients worldwide, many of which we support remotely using products like GotoMyPC, RemoteAdmin, and others. With remote access products we provide a service level like you would expect from an in-house tech.

What we sell and support

QUESS provides quality CRM products (Contact Relationship Management) as well as accounting and other business management software. We have also provided web design and maintenance services since 1993 for our customers and grew into web hosting and email services in 1994. Basically if it involves staying in contact with, supporting, or selling to your customer base, we provide the services and software to make it happen efficiently. The levels of service we provide can be taylored to your specific needs, from total network and software management or web site maintenance to just providing the tools you need to support yourself.

In the late 90’s we also started some working dog related sites mainly out of our personal interests and have since grown to some of the largest working dog sites which provide training equipment to sport enthusiasts as well as professional dog handlers.
